Grain Free Pizza Crust


Ingredients:
1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup potato flour
1 egg
2 tbsp melted lard
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Step 1. Pre-Heat oven to 425°F
Step 2. Mix flours together
Step 3: Add egg, lard, and water to flours, combine well. Dough will feel like playdough
Step 4: Roll out dough – I have found it’s easiest to roll between two sheets of parchment paper – fit to your pizza pan (Recipe works great for a 12″ pan). Bake for 10 min. Let cool
Step 5: Add toppings to your crust and bake for another 10 min. Let cool & Enjoy!
