Grain Free BREAD!

This bread is super simple to throw together and tastes delicious! Works great for sandwiches and makes FANTASTIC french toast!

Ingredients:

1 cup softened cream cheese

1/2 cup softened butter

6 eggs

1/4 cup milk of choice (heavy cream works great!)

2 1/2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  2. To a food processor add 1 cup cream cheese,1/2 cup butter, 6 eggs, & 1/4 milk. Pulse until combined.
  3. To your mixture add 2 1/2 cups almond flour, 1/2 cup coconut flour, & 2 tsp baking soda. Pulse until fully combined. Mixture will be thick.
  4. Scoop mixture into a parchment lined bread pan and smooth out evenly. Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy!

  1. I recently read a really interesting recipe about making flour out of zucchinis! I was completely shocked that that was a possibility, these green free breads are most spectacular 🤤
