Even though Elizabeth does all the work when it comes to the actual canning process. This is a very proud moment for all of us in the Family. This is an accumulation of about 9 months worth of planning, planting, watering, weeding, sweating and harvesting. This is all BEFORE we even get to can it and put it on the shelf! We wouldn’t have it any other way. Love this life.
