Simple & Soft Homemade Bread



Ingredients :

10 cups flour

3 tablespoons active dry yeast

3 cups warm milk

10 tablespoons melted butter

2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Add 6 cups of flour and 3 tablespoons active dry yeast to a mixing bowl - mix together

  2. Heat 3 cups milk and 10 tablespoons butter to 110°F

  3. Pour the milk/butter into the flour/yeast mixture. Add 2 eggs. Mix until well combined

  4. Attach dough hook to mixer and add 4 cups of flour

  5. Kneed mixture until a soft dough forms. Place dough into a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 min.

  6. After 30 min, punch down dough and divide evenly into 2 loaf pans, Cover and let rise 30 more min.

  7. Bake in a 375°F oven until tops are golden brown. ☺Enjoy!
